Your destination is
Tok, Alaska where we will pick you up, or Mile 91 Tok Cutoff if
traveling by car, to our home and base camp. You can fly to
Anchorage or Fairbanks, and then take a bus, car, or flight to
Tok. Coming from Anchorage, we recommend
Alaska Direct Bus Line
800-770-6652 on Sunday, Wednesday or Friday, the bus will drop
you off at Mile 91 Tok Cutoff 1/4 mile from our home and base
camp. We will meet you there or arrange for a vehicle to be left
for you to drive out to the house. Some clients choose to rent a
car in Anchorage or Fairbanks and drive, this gives you more of
an opportunity to schedule your air flights or do what you wish
to do with your free time.
Client Responsibility
Transportation to and from Tok. Shipping
of trophy or personal gear. Hunting license and all big game
tags that apply. Non-Resident Hunter Preservation Fund Fee $150
[helps to preserve your hunting future in Alaska]. Client is
responsible to be in good enough physical condition to hunt the
area and game involved.
Alaska Hunting Adventures responsibility
Lodging and meals at base camp
and in the field. Transportation to and from base camp and the
field. Provide field dressing and packing out game to base camp
area and proper care of cape, hide and meat until time of the
client's departure. Client will thereafter be responsible. All
land use fees required by the landowner.
Policies
50% Deposit is required with a booking for a hunt. The balance
is due upon arrival.
Your deposit/payments are "Not"
refundable. Your deposit is our guarantee of your booking being
reserved for your hunt-dates. You may find a substitute for your
hunt but the transfer of funds is your responsibility.
Once we sell a hunt, those
hunt dates are no longer available. If there is a emergency I am
willing to work with you. Hunts are one
guide to one client. Alaska Hunting Adventures has a land use
agreement with the local Native Village to give a portion of the
meat from your trophy to the village council in return for use
of the land. There is NO compensation for travel delays,
weather, or early departure.
